Our People to Live Stronger & Longer

CQI State Forum 2025: Presentations

The 2025 CQI State Forum featured a powerful lineup of presentations from Member Services across NSW, each highlighting innovative programs, lessons learned, and community-driven success stories in Continuous Quality Improvement.

These presentations demonstrated the strength of culturally safe, data-informed approaches and the commitment of our Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services to delivering better health outcomes for our communities.

From digital health solutions and workforce development to chronic disease management and service redesign — each speaker shared valuable insights and practical strategies that can inspire and inform others on their CQI journey.

We thank all presenters for generously sharing their time, knowledge, and stories. Their contributions are helping to shape stronger, more connected services across the state.
