Crisis Support Worker
The Crisis Support Worker is a key member of the Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) team who provides frontline, practical and emotional support to community members experiencing acute distress. This includes support for those impacted by family violence, mental health crises, substance use, housing instability, or grief and loss. The role works closely with the Mental Health Team, General Practice, external emergency services, and cultural leadership within the community to ensure immediate safety, calm, and culturally informed care.
