- Location: Bomaderry, and other Waminda outreach sites where required
- Remuneration: Salary is in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Level 6 – above award conditions.
Do you have leadership experience and a heart for supporting others through their recovery journey? Then we want you to join our team! As the Team Leader, you’ll be at the forefront of providing holistic, quality support and advocacy for Aboriginal women and their children. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating care and guiding a passionate team to ensure the successful rehabilitation of clients within a trauma-informed, strengths-based framework. From assessing client needs to creating personalised treatment plans and facilitating clinical decisions, you’ll help empower women to thrive.
