About the role
We are seeking two exceptional Practice Administration Employees to join our team at Katungul Aboriginal Corporation Regional Health and Community Services in Batemans Bay, NSW. These full-time roles will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and reception support to our organisation, playing a vital part in ensuring our operations run smoothly.
What you’ll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors with excellent customer service
- Managing incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Making client appointment bookings
- Maintaining and updating client records and administrative databases
- Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and organising meetings
- Assisting with the coordination of staff schedules and calendars
- Supporting the broader team with various projects and tasks as needed
What we’re looking for
- Be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent*
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or community services setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and various administrative software
- A demonstrated commitment to working within the principles of Aboriginal community control and cultural safety
- A positive, flexible and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to contribute to a close-knit team
