This is an exciting opportunity for Aboriginal women with experience in the drug and alcohol sector and who share a passion and commitment to supporting women to thrive and meet their aspirations, to join our team. We are currently advertising for the position of Program Manager, who will lead the project team for our AOD Residential Rehab program. The project team will initially support the development of a non-residential program while our new facility is being built, and then transition into the residential program in 2026

- Remuneration: Salary is in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Level 7 – above award conditions

As the Program Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the operations and delivery of our vital AOD rehabilitation program and Centre for Aboriginal women and their children. You’ll manage a dedicated team, build key relationships with stakeholders, and ensure that every client’s needs are met with compassion, cultural understanding, and clinical excellence.
