Tobacco Resistance & Control

The AH&MRC supports Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (ACCHSs) in their tobacco control policies and practices through the AH&MRC Tobacco Resistance and Control (A-TRAC) program. The program has run since 2009.

The AH&MRC are once again hosting the annual A-TRAC Symposium 2013 in Sydney. This year's theme "Our Community, Your Journey" focusses on the dedication of the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health sector to tackle tobacco issues in their community. The 3rd A-TRAC Symposium 2013 aims to bring together Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service (ACCHS) staff working and interested in discussing a broad range of initiatives.
