Workforce Strengthening

The Practice Support Team delivers a range of programs that assist our NSW ACCHSs in the delivery of high-quality health services. Workforce Strengthening not only plays a pivotal role in the ongoing sustainability of the ACCHSs sector but with the ACCHS sector recognised as the major employer of Aboriginal people in NSW, a strong workforce contributes to the overall health and wellbeing of Aboriginal families and communities.
