ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Aboriginal Youth AOD Caseworkers’ role is to work with community and service providers to develop approaches that enhance the wellbeing, engage, and meet the needs of Aboriginal youth on the NSW Central Coast, Darkinjung Country.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Qualifications and/or experience working with youth with alcohol and/or drug issues
  • Experience delivering strengths and evidenced-based interventions, with a clear understanding of empowering youth to independence and autonomy, free from dependence on alcohol or other drugs
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary environments
  • Police check clearance
  • Working with Children’s Check

Salary sacrificing options up to $15,950 available. Applicants MUST obtain an application pack and complete all information.
