This vacancy is eligible for an Attraction and Relocation package* with the following:

The Role
The Enrolled Nurse, Aboriginal Chronic Care Program provides flexible, holistic and culturally sensitive health services to Aboriginal clients with chronic health conditions across Wellington Correctional Centre, to achieve better health outcomes and better access to health services for Aboriginal people.
The Enrolled Nurse, Aboriginal Chronic Care Program will provide a range of direct clinical services as defined by the agreed Scope of Practice and primary healthcare functions within Wellington Correctional Centre. This includes liaison with relevant community groups, health professionals, Corrective Services NSW and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations.
