CEO Clinical Governance Workshop

AH&MRC is hosting a CEO Clinical Governance Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Workshop in August 2019. These workshops will provide an exciting opportunity for CEO’s to meet and discuss the ways in which Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (ACCHS) can increase revenue through improved clinical governance processes.

The workshops will be facilitated by Dr Vlad Matic and will cover the following topics:

  • Improvement of nKPI and OSR results
  • GP and whole of practice generation of the MBS, PIP and SIP revenue streams
  • Maximisation of MBS, PIP, SIP and PNIP revenue streams
  • Data collection practices and processes
  • Quality – data gathering, analysis, reflection processes and reporting
  • Clinical Governance – policies and processes
  • Clinical activity management structure and Practice Management
  • The changing elements of ACCHS funding models
  • Integration of the diverse arms of ACCHS activity and the leveraging of same to improve quality of care and revenue flows
